It is an honor to address you as I present the 2025 Integrated Annual Report of Transelec S.A., a document that reflects a year of strategic consolidation and, above all, a profound sense of responsibility.

2025 was a demanding year for the National Electric System and for Transelec in particular, during which operations, regulation, and sector coordination were put under strain. In this context, we reaffirmed our identity: we are more than a power transmission company; we are a strategic partner in the development of critical infrastructure essential to Chile's progress.

I am writing to inform you about Transelec's performance in 2025, a year that brought both tough challenges and great lessons for the company.

We faced complex scenarios that tested our operational capacity and our resilience but, at the same time, deepened our commitment to the continuity, integrity, and quality of the service we provide throughout Chile.
