The scope of the company’s training programmes evidences Transelec’s concern for the development of its workers, systematically making new tools and knowledge available to allow them to carry out their work efficiently and safely, consistent with the exacting standards of Chile’s leading transmission company.
During 2005, Transelec implemented its Virtual Campus, a tool created to enhance in-house training in the company.
