General Rule No. 211 issued by the Superintendence of Stock Corporations and Insurance Companies (SVS in Spanish) establishes rules for the publicity of policies and procedures in connection with the management and dissemination of information for the market. More precisely, this rule establishes that organizations subject to the SVS are required to prepare a document called “Manual for the Management of Information of Interest to the Market” containing the internal policies and rules relating to the type of information that will be made available to investors and to the systems implemented to guarantee that such information is communicated in a timely fashion.

In accordance with this rule, as of 30 May Transelec has been publishing on this page the “Manuals for the Management of Information of Interest to the Market” corresponding both to Transelec S.A. and Transelec Norte.
